Since graduating from the University of Virginia in 1989, I have spent almost 20 years in university administration. Part of my work has included leadership development and intercultural communication consulting. My family is expanding. After sixteen years of marriage, my husband and I had a baby boy. Being an Advanced Maternal Age mother (AMA) and professional has added to an already exciting life journey.
